# Find out who will prepare and send it

The name on the care website may not answer the pharmacy question.

## Ask for the actual pharmacy name

The US drug agency is called FDA, short for Food and Drug Administration.

 

People getting medicine made to order through an online service may not know who made it. FDA guidance checked September 17, 2026.

 

Ask for the pharmacy or medicine-making business by name before paying. Keep that name with the written plan.
 
## A permit and a pharmacist’s licence differ

Arizona requires the pharmacy business to have a permit. That is a separate record from the pharmacist’s own licence. Arizona law checked October 3, 2026.

 

To ship medicine into Arizona, an out-of-state pharmacy must hold an Arizona permit. Arizona rules checked October 3, 2026.

 

Use the state board route to ask about the correct record. The permit is one part of the check, not an answer about every medicine it supplies.
 
## Use the official route, not a badge

FDA has a page that links to each state’s pharmacy licence search. Choose Arizona to start the pharmacy check. FDA page checked September 17, 2026.

 

Ask the Arizona Pharmacy Board to help confirm the outlet and permit if its public route does not settle the question. A clear name makes that request possible.
 
## Registration still is not approval

“FDA registered” means a business has put its details on file with FDA. It does not mean FDA approved the medicines it makes. Federal rule checked September 26, 2026.
